Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to develop processes and procedures tailored to their needs. - Implement complex systems to support organizational objectives. - Oversee implementation teams and ensure alignment with project scopes. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and executive leadership. - Monitor system performance and suggest improvements based on insights. - Proactively address issues and propose solutions to stakeholders. - Prioritize customer needs and develop roadmaps for requirements. - Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance implementation processes. - Assist in creating support materials for smooth system transitions. - Engage with executive stakeholders and participate in steering committees. - Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred. - Strong leadership and teamwork skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with quality management approaches and software development lifecycle. - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. - Minimum seven years of experience in IT, including senior implementation management roles.
