Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails promptly and professionally. - Conduct outreach calls and/or emails as required. - Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. - Adhere to call flows and scripts to ensure consistent service delivery. - Investigate and address customer inquiries effectively. - Utilize multiple systems to research information accurately. - Communicate research findings and resolutions to customers clearly. - Identify and escalate relevant issues appropriately. - Document call details and interactions accurately in call logs. - Identify and report risks and trends to management. - Transition between tasks efficiently. - Maintain a professional manner in all interactions. - Perform other duties as assigned. Role Requirements: - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CT. - Reliable internet access suitable for handling internet-based calls. - Quiet and private remote work environment. Basic Qualifications: - 2 years of customer service experience. - 1 year of experience in a call center. Preferred Qualifications: - Recent experience with Accenture within the past 6 months. - Previous transaction processing experience. - Proficiency with computers, including internet usage and email via Outlook. - Experience with data entry. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). - Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
