Responsibilities: - Assist in designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows. - Write efficient, organized code based on specified functional and non-functional requirements. - Integrate various software components and third-party programs. - Identify and resolve issues, debug existing software, and implement updates and upgrades. - Gather, assess, and document customer use cases and business processes. - Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. - Familiarize yourself with low-code platforms and configuration methodologies. - Contribute to the preparation of project reports, such as Project Schedule, Quality Management Plan, Testing Plan, Conversion Plan, etc. - Provide support to clients and stakeholders in planning and strategizing the best approaches for projects. - Address risks and issues promptly to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. - Understand and apply various software development life cycle methodologies. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience with cloud computing infrastructure. - Proficiency in using Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions. - Experience in all stages of the system development life cycle, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid Agile methodologies. - Involvement in implementing integrated solutions to modernize legacy systems and/or mainframe technology by developing n-tier-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. Additional Qualifications: - Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint), MS Visual Studio, Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub, and PowerBI. - Technical knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), TCP, FTP, SSH. - Experience with databases like SQL and Oracle. - Understanding of methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum. - Knowledge of standards such as PMBOK, CMMI, Prosci OCM, IEEE, and SEI. Desirable Certifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering. - Certifications like Certified DevOps Project Manager (DevOps PM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Certified, Certified Software Test Manager (CSTM), and Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner. - ITIL certification.
