Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requests for validity and urgency. - Interface with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information. - Accurately review and enter required data points as defined by the customer. - Identify and escalate emergency requests as necessary. - Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions for operational improvement. - Manage open and unresolved tasks independently. Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. - Fluent in Portuguese. Key Requirements: - Availability to work Monday through Friday with weekend rotations. - Training in sensitive Brazil workflows. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent comprehension, communication, and Portuguese skills. - Ability to perform duties objectively, adhering to client policies. - Strong attention to detail. - Deep familiarity and passion for internet platforms and culture. - High affinity and cultural awareness of relevant political and social situations. - Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. - Willingness to work differing work rotations/shifts and non-standard hours.
