**Knowledge Skills Abilities:** - Knowledge of project development methodologies, principles, and practices. - Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming preferred. - Demonstrated understanding of industry testing tools, such as UFT, Load Runner, etc. - Knowledge of Test Automation. - Proficiency and experience in Agile and Waterfall development methods. - Competence and experience in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). - Proficiency and experience using HP ALM or similar Application Lifecycle Management Tools. - Skill in project management best practices. - Skill in software development methodology. - Ability to formulate Performance Test plans and conduct Performance testing. - Capability to analyze, coordinate, and resolve complex problems; collaborate effectively in a team environment; and manage multiple projects. - Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others. - Ability to perform effectively under pressure within tight time constraints. - Proficiency in creating and verifying test data. - Creative problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities. - Effective written communication skills, including clear and concise writing, as well as strong reading and analytical skills.
