Duties and Responsibilities: - Review files for TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure violations and ensure compliance with fees/APR tolerances. - Prepare final loan documents for closing and coordinate closing date with Escrow/Title. - Review all loan documents for accurate signatures, notary information, and escrow instructions to maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal guidelines. - Coordinate with Underwriting to clear all conditions. - Communicate funding status to all parties involved. - Adhere to funding turn times and process a minimum of 4 to 6 files per day. - Review conditions on a minimum of 4 to 6 files per day. - Ensure proper uploading and assignment of loan documents. - Prepare Collateral Package for submission to Wire Desk. - Perform other duties as assigned. Job Specific Skills and Knowledge: - Familiarity with ENCOMPASS is a plus. - Knowledge of TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure, HOEPA, HMDA is required.
