Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic business partner to the Channel leadership team, driving the execution of strategic initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders. - Oversee a team of two senior analysts, ensuring effective management and support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and enhance reporting capabilities, providing actionable insights to support the go-to-market strategy. - Play a key role in forecasting, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, OKR setting, and strategic decision-making, presenting recommendations to senior management. - Drive proactive approaches to analyzing the health of the business and implementing strategic initiatives. Qualifications: - Demonstrated drive to execute projects and make an impact, regardless of their size. - Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams relying on your contributions. - Ownership mentality, taking pride in your work and considering yourself a part-owner and builder of Atlassian. - Strong ability to collaborate with and influence various teams, driving cross-team initiatives. - Experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members. - Proven track record in process improvement, with the ability to enhance business processes from diagnosis to execution. - Advanced analytics and Excel skills, with the ability to ask the right questions, analyze data, and derive actionable insights. - Comfortable with a wide range of activities, from C-level presentations to hands-on data analysis. - Over 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Channel/Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics roles, ideally within a B2B (preferably SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.
