General Responsibilities: - Engage in both inbound and outbound calls with consumers seeking insurance rate comparisons. - Use qualifying questions to match consumers with the most suitable insurance agent based on their needs. - Conduct follow-up calls to inquire about the consumer's experience and ensure their needs were addressed. - Facilitate connections between consumers and appropriate agents, while documenting relevant information about their experience. - Maintain regular communication with leadership and engage with the team daily through chat platforms.
