We're seeking a full-time customer service and auto tag agent to join our team. While experience is preferred, it's not required. Responsibilities include: - Managing all title and tag work for both in-state and out-of-state purchases. - Processing vehicle titles in compliance with state regulations. - Providing guidance on licensing regulations and answering related questions. - Timely submission of legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles. - Assisting with insurance-related customer service inquiries. - Handling payment processing. - Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
