Job Description: Responsibilities include managing both incoming and outgoing customer service calls and sales inquiries at a high volume. Using software like QuickBooks and Salesforce to process daily orders is part of the routine. Additionally, handling multiple service email accounts and addressing customer requests via phone sales are essential tasks. Supporting sales efforts through social media is also expected, along with following up on estimates and converting them into sales. Requirements: Candidates should have prior dispatch experience in a fast-paced setting. Being bilingual in Spanish is a considerable asset. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in keyboard use are necessary. Excellent phone manners are a must, along with proficiency in MS Word and QuickBooks. Familiarity with internet navigation, computer systems, and social media platforms is required. Ideally, candidates should have 1-2 years of customer service experience. Recommended: Experience in phone sales is advantageous. A general understanding of Chicagoland cities and towns is beneficial. Basic knowledge of support sales, as well as residential home services, is also helpful.
