Responsibilities: - Conduct research on various topics as required. - Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. - Make phone calls and gather information about different projects. - Organize paperwork and files efficiently. - Arrange meetings, prepare documents, and liaise with vendors. - Communicate with agents, managers, and producers as necessary. - Create spreadsheets for expenses, budgets, and other relevant information. - Manage the shooting schedule, gather necessary documents and contracts, and ensure all contracts are signed. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Assist the owner in organizing projects, meetings, and HR tasks for the production team. - Manage social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook). Experience Required: - Previous experience in production (TV or film). - Proficiency in building and managing social media platforms, including creating videos, posts, and ads. - Experience in office administration and clerical tasks.
