Job Description: HallKeen Management Company is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide efficient administrative support to the Property Manager and management office. Responsibilities: - Answering telephones and greeting residents and visitors. - Processing invoices and work orders. - Conducting daily rent collection and processing late fees. - Assisting in maintaining the waiting list. - Purchasing office supplies. - Handling incoming mail and correspondence. - Providing administrative support for annual recertification and marketing/leasing activities. - Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports. - Preparing and distributing notices to residents. - Performing general administrative tasks. - Delivering professional customer service to residents, prospective tenants, and vendors. Qualifications: - Organized and detail-oriented. - Ability to prioritize multiple projects. - Effective written and oral communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and Internet usage. - Prior experience in property management and affordable housing (Section 8 & Tax Credit) preferred.
