Main Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring they have a positive experience while refueling and washing vehicles. • Conduct vehicle readiness inspections, checking tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items to ensure vehicles are ready for use. • Maintain clean and safe facilities for customers and staff. • Develop skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as mounting tires, replacing or rotating tires, and conducting preventive maintenance. • Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors. General Requirements: • High school diploma, equivalent, or relevant work experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license required. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. • Comfort working outdoors. • Basic mechanical aptitude and tool usage preferred. • Fundamental computer skills. • Adherence to Penske management directives and safety protocols. • Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies. • Regular attendance is essential. • Willingness to adhere to required schedules, complete employment documentation, undergo background screening, pass drug and physical tests, and potentially travel for training.
