Job Duties: - Collaborate with the dentist during surgical procedures, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as lasers, minimally invasive tooth extractions, guided implant placement, bone grafting, plastic surgery of the gums, all with the use of PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) and performing periodontal surgeries. - Prepare and maintain the sterility of instruments and equipment required for surgical procedures. - Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the entire surgical process. - Offer chairside assistance to the dentist, proactively anticipating their needs and providing assistance as necessary. - Educate patients on post-operative care instructions and address any inquiries they may have. Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience working as a dental surgical assistant. - Proficiency in surgical assisting techniques and adherence to protocols. - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures. - Preferably possess certification in dental assisting and X-ray licensure. - Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
