Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Provide exceptional care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. - Assist in implementing personalized weekly schedules and care plans tailored to each client's needs. - Perform daily tasks, including activities of daily living (ADLs), in a safe and professional manner. - Offer personal companionship and emotional support, engaging actively with each client. - Aid with personal care activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation. - Prioritize order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times. - Provide transportation to and from appointments as required. - Handle administrative tasks, including documenting completed tasks and reporting any changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior. Qualifications: Requirements: - Must possess empathy, compassion, and kindness. - Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. - Provide professional and character references. - Successfully pass a criminal background check. - Present valid (non-expired) identification. - Have a bank account for direct deposit. - Own a smartphone for accessing care plans, scheduling, and payroll. - Attend and complete in-person orientation sessions. - Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and punctuality. - Have a reliable means of transportation for commuting to and from work.
