Job Standards 1. Primary Objectives · Help lead a team for residential renovations in VA and DC. · Ability to provide support and the willingness to learn what is necessary to implement major/minor renovations · Develop your team for continued improvement · Learn and absorb new information contributing to company growth and success 2. Regular Work Activities · Communicate with clients, vendors, and subs in a professional and courteous manner · Verify workmanship and adherence to provided designs · Place orders for construction materials, pick up and shop for and deliver trade materials. · Coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects · Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have basic handyman skills 3. Management Responsibilities · Responsible for ensuring the field teams have the materials necessary for their projects · Responsible for the quality, timeliness and professionalism of all sub-contractors 4. Key Skills · Knowledge of or desire to learn residential construction codes and building practices · Excellent communication skills · Computer literacy · Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented · Knowledge of or desire to learn understanding of construction technical aspects 5.
