Principle Accountabilities: - Respond to inbound requests via phone and email from customers, staff, and others. - Provide excellent customer service, upholding a positive company image. - Manage administrative tasks for major chain accounts within Operations and workforce management software. - Coordinate scheduling of inbound work requests and completion of work with Operations Managers and Area Managers. - Gather information on work requests to maintain up-to-date logs and workforce software, and ensure timely billing. - Review and maintain updated AR Aging reports for chain accounts. - Keep detailed logs of all contracted work for accounts. - Perform administrative tasks to support the Office Manager. Position Requirements: Our ideal candidate should have experience in an office environment and possess the following skills: - Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. - Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision. - Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results, with a solid understanding of business operations. - Self-directed, proactive, and eager to learn. - Committed to a long-term partnership. - Proficiency with basic computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office software, with emphasis on Excel and Word. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
