Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and cultivate snow crews to operate efficiently and safely. - Utilize cutting-edge industry technology and applications to manage team operations, schedule crews, track hours, and adhere to budgetary constraints. - Monitor snow and ice management requirements on assigned properties. - Support Account Managers and Operations Staff in maintaining client relationships. - Coordinate with other departments and the Field Support Team (our back office) to ensure seamless workflow. What we’re looking for: - Experience in managing labor crews for landscape installations, construction, or related services. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or related field. Relevant associate degree or equivalent experience will also be considered. - Landscape experience is typically a prerequisite for this role; industry knowledge is essential. - Enthusiasm for overcoming challenges, whether they be from Mother Nature, budget constraints, or staffing shortages. - Ability to engage comfortably with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including crew members, Board Presidents, and senior management/CEO. - Clean driving record. - Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
