Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field. - 2+ years of accounting experience. - Experience with multi-entity accounting is advantageous. Required Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Competence in payroll management. - Ability to handle customer invoicing. - Experience with GL and bank reconciliation. - Familiarity with the month-end close process. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Dynamics GP. - Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now. - Experience in private insurance reconciliation. - Understanding of HR and labor laws across multiple states.
