Responsibilities for Dialer: - Address inquiries or concerns raised by customers. - Maintain and update account status and database regularly. - Demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines effectively. - Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to manage a diverse workload while prioritizing tasks. - Exhibit effective time management skills and the ability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes. - Aim to dial at least 65 accounts per day. Qualifications for Dialer: - Strong organizational skills are a must. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. - Ability to multitask effectively and meet assigned deadlines. - Reliability and willingness to commit to daily work requirements are essential. - Demonstrated capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
