Responsibilities: - Sell and provide quotes for auto and home policies, as well as endorse existing policies and process payments. - Handle incoming calls and promptly respond to messages, offering exceptional customer service to clients. Qualifications: - Previous experience with Allstate or in the insurance industry is advantageous. - Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills. - Proficient negotiation abilities. - Experience in conflict resolution. - Sales experience is preferred. - Strong computer skills. - Fluency in English is required (bilingualism is a plus).
