Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Sales Executives are required to possess exceptional social skills and effective communication abilities to enhance sales performance. They should demonstrate excellent listening skills, adeptness at multitasking, the capacity to manage conflicting deadlines, and the capability to creatively resolve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks is essential. Additionally, having reliable transportation is a must. Responsibilities: - Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals. - Cultivate positive relationships with current clients while actively seeking out new leads. - Develop a deep understanding of our key clients' needs, including managers and supervisors. - Utilize construction expertise to aid clients in decision-making processes and the formulation of comprehensive scopes of work. - Collaborate with estimators and supervisors to refine job scopes, estimates, and project execution. - Prepare competitive proposals promptly and secure sales. - Engage in pre-construction, progress, and final job meetings. - Conduct site inspections, liaise with supervisors and project managers, and provide timely updates to clients and internal company personnel. - Establish and maintain a comprehensive customer account database. - Regularly review the customer list to assess customer status. - Represent the company at industry gatherings and events, including local and state apartment associations. - Complete weekly and monthly reports and actively participate in sales meetings. - Adhere to the company's core values at all times.
