**You Will:** - Establish a comprehensive content strategy and oversee quarterly content planning, tracking, and ROI calculation, iterating based on performance metrics. - Ensure that content aligns with business objectives and has a measurable impact, collaborating with channel leads to optimize distribution. - Audit customer journeys for core business categories to identify content gaps and opportunities for updates to enhance conversion and retention. - Maintain a consistent brand voice across various content types and platforms, including the content experience within our app. - Lead the design, implementation, and measurement of experiments to understand the incremental impact of content efforts. - Communicate analysis results to senior management, leveraging data to propose strategies for business growth and partnering with Marketing and Product leads. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Content and Organic Growth group by mentoring team members, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and exploring new methodologies. **You Have:** - 12+ years of experience in Content Strategy, including content creation, impact measurement, and strategic ownership. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to various stakeholders and present data-backed recommendations. - Expertise in channel and platform communications strategy, content calendar management, and data analytics for audience targeting. - Strong understanding of effective content creation, including writing, editing, storytelling, and experience with various content formats such as video, social media, articles, newsletters, and app content. - Ability to think critically, independently derive conclusions from complex problems, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with cross-team project management, web and app analytics platforms, and experiment design and analysis. - Familiarity with Media Mix Modeling, Multi-touch Attribution, TV/Audio Media Measurement, LTV calculations, and segmentation techniques.
