**Role:** We're seeking a seasoned Benefits Lead to take charge of designing and managing our global benefits programs. As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you'll spearhead the launch and implementation of new benefits initiatives, maintain vendor relationships, and serve as a subject matter expert for our stakeholders and employees. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our global benefits, including Medical, Retirement, and Wellness programs and policies. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new benefits and enhancements to existing programs. - Act as the primary liaison for benefits brokers and vendors, ensuring accountability and plan effectiveness. - Manage the annual renewal and open enrollment process, evaluating performance, costs, and opportunities to provide actionable recommendations and creative solutions. - Supervise our Fringe, Wellness, and Voluntary offerings to ensure employee well-being, evaluating program effectiveness and monitoring usage and spend with Finance. - Ensure compliance with applicable country and local laws and regulations, updating programs and policies as needed. - Provide clear and engaging communications to educate employees on their benefits package. - Offer support and assistance to employees regarding benefit inquiries and system-related processes. **You:** As our next Benefits Lead, you should have at least 7 years of experience in Benefits at a fast-paced company, plus: - A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience owning the design and implementation of large-scale benefit programs and policies, globally. - Strong ability to navigate between strategic planning, customer focus, and hands-on operational excellence. - Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at managing multiple priorities in a startup environment. - Proven change management experience, adept at communication and training across a global organization. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, personal accountability, and promotion of a documented process-oriented approach. - Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and connect with key stakeholders. - Experience working with Rippling or Workday. - Strong project management skills.
