**In this role you will:** - Spearhead our technical Go To Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with our Sales Leaders. - Expand the SE organization externally through recruitment and internally through mentorship, ensuring continuous knowledge-building and career growth for our SEs. - Collaborate with Sales leaders and teams to provide support by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the value of our software in solving complex use cases, delivering demos, and sharing product stories. - Develop a library of standardized demos to effectively convey the client's perspective. - Establish feedback loops between our customers and product team to inspire product direction and prioritize features. - Assist in the Enablement of the Field Sales and Sales Engineering teams. - Lay out a path for revenue growth to facilitate our scaling to record numbers. **To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:** - Over 10 years of experience in the software industry with management experience and a dedication to building and nurturing diverse teams. - A distinguished executive presence enabling you to engage with customers across various industries. - The ability to forge deep partnerships with other functional business leaders across the organization to ensure collaborative synergy among our teams. - A focus on standardizing global processes and solutions. - A perpetual sense of curiosity, continuously exploring the potential of our product and how we can best serve our customers. - In-depth knowledge of the industry roadmap and product strategies to positively influence company direction. - Proficiency in enhancing technical selling processes, such as developing tailored stories for individual clients. - Competence in team building, encompassing both recruitment and the career development of existing team members. - Capability to manage your function within the organization, including goals, budget, and strategy, and achieving success in forecasting. - The ability to cultivate a supportive network, including Partner Development, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams. - Proficiency in operating within settings with stringent confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
