**What You'll Do:** - Educate, strategize, and effectively sell Yelp advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, as this role is 100% phone-based. - Your mission is to reach as many businesses as possible within your local time, adhering to one of the following schedules: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Own and manage a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce). - Work remotely from home with your team, selling advertising to small local businesses on a set Monday to Friday schedule, eliminating the need for a commute. - Become proficient in Yelp's advertising solutions, adapting product recommendations quickly to suit client needs, and overcoming objections and rejection effectively. - Consistently exceed monthly sales goals, demonstrating strong work ethic and tenacity. - Stay organized and manage time effectively to complete daily goals, understanding that sales is a numbers game and striving for success. **What We're Looking For in You:** - Appetite for learning, turning training and feedback into action for continuous self-improvement, and not taking rejection personally. - Ability to multitask with confidence, navigating between numerous tabs, multiple screens, and using video conferencing tools. - Savvy with new tools and software, such as Google Suite and Salesforce. - Naturally curious, asking questions to find answers. - Comfortable working with colleagues from other states and engaging in virtual collaboration as seamlessly as in-person meetings. - Committed to high integrity standards and valuing teamwork. - Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive, showcasing grit. - Genuinely curious about people and local businesses, with the ability to inspire passion in others and demonstrate the value of Yelp. - Adaptable and quick-thinking, approaching new challenges with determination and resilience. **Requirements:** - GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor's Degree. - Comfort with phone communication. - General computer and email proficiency, with experience using Google Suite; a Macbook laptop will be provided. - Distraction-free work environment. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently without oversight. - Current US work authorization.
