You will: - Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for lending within the group, collaborating with Product teams to drive innovation and set strategic direction for lending programs. - Act as the representative of the Bank's interests within the business, advising internal stakeholders on product development and initiatives aligned with the Bank's risk tolerance. - Maintain robust relationships and stay updated on developments within the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) industry to inform strategy and future partner selection. - Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership, both internally and externally, to drive strong performance across Cash lending programs. - Establish and operationalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance bank partner performance, such as response time on approvals. - Oversee the process for introducing new product concepts requiring bank input and approval. - Drive internal operational consistency for Bank-related processes through coordination and process enhancements. - Manage regulatory inquiries, examinations, and other requests from bank partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Service to deliver critical projects with bank partners. Qualifications: You bring: - Over 10 years of Financial Services experience, predominantly in Lending. Ideally, candidates have experience managing banking partners or have worked within a bank partner providing services to FinTechs. - More than 5 years of leadership experience, including building and nurturing high-performing teams. - Strong relationship-building skills with executives and technical teams, capable of driving consensus and decision-making. - Solid understanding of laws and regulatory requirements relevant to Cash App's Lending products. - Experience in negotiating lending partnership economics for various consumer lending products.
