You will be responsible for: - Developing a Sales strategy and plan to generate pipeline growth. - Managing key stakeholders effectively. - Overseeing account plans under the guidance of the client partner, focusing on strengthening existing client relationships and acquiring strategic new clients. - Proactively preparing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) aligned with the account strategy. - Collaborating with internal leaders to create and execute solutions. - Leading Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship activities for the Communications Vertical. - Achieving annual revenue and profitability targets. - Working within a matrix organization, with responsibility for prospecting and other sales management goals. - Collaborating with Vertical teams to establish strong, long-term relationships with executives. - Managing the end-to-end sales process, including demand fulfillment and interfacing with HR and Operations teams. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. - 10-14 years of experience, with at least 6-8 years in a Business/Sales role in the Product Engineering space within the Technology (or Communication) verticals. - Experience with large-scale consulting engagements. - Ability to understand and address all aspects of a Product development life cycle for Network Engineering, Devices, Wireless/Wireline, DataComm. - Strong technical skills to provide technical solutions to business problems and engage potential customers through consultative selling. - Knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities in various Technologies like Product Engineering, PLM, IoT, Virtualization, Device Engineering, Mesh Networking, WiFi, and Technology migrations. - Consultative selling experience with hands-on expertise in the mentioned technology areas. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, executive presentation abilities, and persuasion skills. - Ability to interface effectively at all levels of an organization.
