You'll be responsible for: - Leading our acquiring function, ensuring the reliability of our payments service with established redundancy measures. - Developing and implementing a multi-year strategy for cash-in/cash-out operations, encompassing networks, service providers, platform enhancements, and internal requirements. - Operating a high-performing payment function focused on cost-efficiency and performance, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Attracting and guiding a top-tier team, establishing operational models, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (including product, legal, finance, and engineering) to define and maintain existing capabilities and drive new initiatives forward. - Managing a team comprising Program Managers and Operations and Compliance professionals. Qualifications: You bring: - Over 15 years of payments experience within a rapidly evolving technology or financial services firm. - More than 5 years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams within a scalable environment. - Deep expertise in the payment industry, with demonstrated experience in both commercial and operational roles related to cards. - Experience leading teams that leverage quantitative data to refine operational processes, develop medium-term initiatives, and shape long-term strategies. - Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to establish rapport with executives and technical teams, driving consensus and decision-making. - Proficiency in building and leveraging cross-functional relationships internally and externally. - Extensive experience in commercial contracts and negotiations.
