Responsibilities: 1. Manage all financial transactions and records for the CEO's personal and professional accounts. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. 3. Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. 4. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues as needed. 5. Prepare financial reports and summaries for the CEO, providing insights into financial performance and trends. 6. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, helping the CEO make informed financial decisions. 7. Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and financial institutions on behalf of the CEO as necessary. 8. Handle confidential financial information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. 9. Streamline and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. 10. Provide ad-hoc financial support and analysis as requested by the CEO. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in a high-level executive support capacity. 2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Excel. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain organized financial records. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information. 7. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. 8. Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus. 9. Experience working directly with senior executives or business owners is advantageous. 10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
