**Job Responsibilities:** - Manage the SAS Platform from end to end, ensuring its smooth operation and functionality. - Apply necessary hotfixes to address vulnerabilities or resolve functionality issues promptly. - Conduct periodic manual checks to monitor system health and ensure continuous availability. - Execute Linux security measures and perform monthly patching activities to maintain system integrity. - Review and address security and governance violations reported, taking appropriate corrective actions. - Configure monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify and address potential issues. - Ensure accurate resource tagging for precise chargeback accounting of Cloud spending. - Utilize scripting languages to automate repetitive operational tasks for increased efficiency. - Conduct performance and cost optimization activities to enhance system effectiveness. - Install new releases of SAS software as required to keep systems up-to-date. **Basic Qualifications:** - Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAS programming, configuration, tools, and products. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux OS administration activities. - High School Diploma or GED. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with monitoring and ticket handling processes. - SAS certification. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
