**What You Will Achieve with Us:** - Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or key account to meet sales and revenue targets. - Assess and analyze customer needs, respond to inquiries, and recommend products and services accordingly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop successful strategies and enhance market perception to secure business from key accounts. - Coordinate and participate in marketing activities within the assigned territory as needed. - Continuously evaluate the potential of each customer and strategize to convert it into business opportunities. - Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships. - Manage and expand an existing sales base within the assigned account while also developing new contacts and applications. - Demonstrate persuasive abilities to influence and sell to stakeholders at all levels of an organization. - Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence in the given region. - Support the Sales Manager/Director in achieving annual sales targets and corporate objectives within assigned accounts. **What Will Make You Stand Out:** - Bachelor's degree in a science discipline or equivalent practical experience demonstrating competency as an Account Manager in the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry. - Post-graduate qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific discipline preferred. - Minimum of 3+ years’ relevant industry experience, preferably within a GMP or GLP environment. - Sales experience and/or customer-facing experience in the biotechnology industry. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently. - Proficiency with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. **Our Values:** - Ability to engage effectively with all levels of target organizations. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, and hardworking. - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. - Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing sales strategies. - Financial acumen and understanding of complex sales processes. - Exceptional partnering skills and the ability to build and leverage strong relationships for better results. - Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred. - Alignment with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment.
