**Responsibilities:** - **Client Assistance:** Assist clients in developing an engaging brand presence across various social media platforms by creating compelling content and fostering audience engagement. - **Content Creation:** Write captivating social media copy and devise weekly/monthly content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. - **Channel Management:** Manage social media channels for clients, including proactive and reactive content creation, community management, and audience growth strategies. - **Brand Representation:** Support Method’s social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and contributing to building Method's profile in specific target markets and communities. - **Analytics and Reporting:** Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of social media initiatives, providing insights and identifying trends to inform future strategies. - **Support Marketing and PR Teams:** Assist the Marketing and PR teams by conducting research and providing insights to inform strategy briefs and new business proposals. - **Industry Awareness:** Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing. - **New Business Pitches:** Participate in new business pitches, representing Method's social media capabilities and recommending suitable social services to potential clients. **What We’re Looking For:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management within an agency or brand environment. - **Platform Proficiency:** Demonstrated experience in managing all major social media platforms, including knowledge of best practices, platform policies, user behavior trends, and proficiency in managing paid campaigns. - **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to articulate how social media channels integrate with broader marketing and communications strategies. - **Analytical Skills:** Proficient in utilizing social listening tools to derive insights and inform decision-making. - **Learning Agility:** Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a willingness to explore new projects and opportunities for growth. - **Collaboration:** Strong team player who collaborates effectively with client leads and colleagues to achieve Method’s objectives. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex social media concepts to non-experts. - **Industry Knowledge:** Understanding of the PESO model, SEO basics, and specific rules of engagement for brands and advertisers. - **Resourcefulness:** Ability to think critically, plan strategically, and execute tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
