Lexington, a dynamic and growing property management company dedicated to exceptional living experiences, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Leasing Consultant for our apartment community in Birmingham, Alabama. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct property tours and exhibit available units to prospective tenants. - Promptly respond to inquiries and convert leads into leases. - Prepare and finalize lease agreements and associated documents. - Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with current and potential tenants. - Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies. - Perform market surveys to stay updated on competitive rental rates. - Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests. **Qualifications:** - Preferred experience in leasing or customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. - Familiarity with property management software; we use Rent Manager. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must be bilingual.
