Specific duties for this position include: - Assessing customers' needs and recommending suitable products and solutions. - Utilizing ABC's product/supply checklist for each customer's specific job and suggesting additional products and supplies as needed. - Providing product advice and addressing customer inquiries. - Coordinating product orders from other ABC Supply branches when required. - Collaborating with the warehouse to facilitate customer product pickups. - Ensuring the store and warehouse shelves are well-stocked by reordering products as necessary. - Handling and resolving customer concerns when they arise. - Placing orders with manufacturers and related vendors. - Receiving inbound materials into the system. - Conducting cycle counts of inventory. Specific qualifications for this role include: - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory control. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong time management and prioritization abilities. - Superior organizational skills. - Basic computer proficiency. - Experience with cycle counting products. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
