Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Configure applications in adherence to client specifications and established guidelines. • Conduct remote training sessions for customers on basic application functionality. • Perform data entry of customer information into proprietary applications. • Collaborate with internal and external clients to gather requirements and coordinate implementation schedules. • Utilize Salesforce to document project progress. • Escalate issues requiring further assistance to the Manager of Implementation and Training. • Adhere to deadlines and turnaround times set by the Manager of Implementation and Training. • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Leadership team. Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma. - Exceptionally reliable and punctual. - Proficiency with computers and technology. - Preferred experience working in an office environment. - Familiarity with MS Office products. - Professional phone presence and strong communication skills. - Demonstrated work ethic and proactive approach to tasks.
