Responsibilities: • Ensure the cleanliness of hotel corridors, elevators, and all designated areas of the property. • Conduct daily walkthroughs of the hotel property to maintain cleanliness and serve as a light security presence. • Collect dirty linen from Room Attendant carts and transport them to the laundry for cleaning. • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linen. • Respond to guest requests promptly, delivering items such as towels. • Dispose of trash and recycled materials. • Perform sweeping and vacuuming of carpets. • Maintain cleanliness and restock all storage rooms with necessary linen and supplies. • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as unclogging toilets and resetting AC units for guests. Qualifications: • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or maintenance. • Basic proficiency in English is required. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems effectively. • Demonstrates high levels of responsibility and reliability. • Capable of working well under pressure.
