Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Admin/Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our operations and ensuring efficient logistics processes while providing support to the Terminal and Office Manager. Responsibilities: Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory and order management, as well as delivery logistics. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of freight. Support the Terminal and Office Manager in various administrative tasks. Skills Required: Proven experience in logistics office clerical work, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and office duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Familiarity with navigation platforms such as Google Maps. Strong multitasking ability, fast learner, and exceptional attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency is preferred. Ability to navigate multiple screens efficiently. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in answering phones, filing, and organizational tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a logistics context.
