As a dispatcher you will handle incoming service calls, schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians accordingly. Scheduling or dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests using phones and e-mail. Preparing work orders/data entry. Professional and pleasant phone etiquette.
