Job Description: Join our dealership team as an Automotive Service Advisor and serve our customers with the highest level of service. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, advising them on maintenance needs, warranty repairs, recalls, and repair solutions for their vehicles. Your responsibilities will include documenting customer needs accurately, providing upfront pricing, ordering parts, and coordinating between customers, the parts department, and technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Responsibilities: Greet and meet customers upon arrival at the dealership. Advise customers on maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services. Provide information on warranty repairs and recalls. Offer repair solutions and explain them clearly to customers. Thoroughly document customer needs and provide upfront pricing on initial repair orders. Order necessary parts through our parts department. Coordinate with customers, the parts department, and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs. Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle and maintain a daily log of all communications. Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
