**Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary representative and key point of contact for new customers during the implementation of the software solution. - Monitor and provide regular status updates on implementations, maintaining transparent communication with both customers and internal teams. - Develop comprehensive documentation to support customers during and post-implementation phases. - Lead customer sessions to identify and document current and future business initiatives, conduct gap analysis, and gather reporting/data analytics requirements. - Execute software implementation within specified timelines, budgets, scopes, and delivery agreements, following the prescribed implementation methodology and agreements with the team lead or project manager. - Adhere to the ECI implementation methodology, assisting customers with requirements gathering, system configuration, solution definition, pre-implementation testing, eCommerce setup, concept validation, user acceptance testing, data migration, go-live tasks, and post-go-live consulting. - Ensure timely and accurate project and time administration, maintaining detailed records of activities. - Identify and address potential issues and escalations in coordination with the development team lead or project manager. **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:** - Preferably, experience in B2B eCommerce and ERP. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a support or implementation role, preferably in the B2B eCommerce sector. - Previous experience in leading customer training sessions. - Familiarity with common industry business practices in manufacturing and distribution. - Proficient in advanced Excel skills. - Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and succinctly to users with varying technical expertise, both via video conference and in-person. - Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and driven to achieve success. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing situations, and critical thinking skills. - Outstanding presentation and written/oral communication skills tailored to effectively communicate information to all levels of customer roles. **Education & Work Experience:** - Experience in software implementation or consultation. - Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent preferred. - Minimum of 2-4 years' work experience.
