**Responsibilities:** - Support the development team by engaging in proactive phone calls and written communication to achieve favorable fundraising outcomes. - Assist in meeting fundraising objectives through meticulous follow-up, effective stewardship strategies, and superior customer service. - Identify potential prospects and conduct research to aid the Development Team. - Provide exceptional support to donors and event participants by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fulfilling training requirements. - Aid in drafting, editing, and preparing funding proposals. - Monitor and oversee contract obligations. - Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising stewardship events and manage related logistics as required. - Maintain prospect data in the CRM system and handle donor mailings. - Execute local social media initiatives. - Offer general administrative assistance, including liaising with the service center, managing payables and receivables, and assisting with budget entries. - Ensure adherence to ADA policies, encompassing risk management, event coordination, cash handling, and financial oversight. - Proficiency in graphic design is advantageous. - Demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and stewardship in all activities. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or sales roles preferred. - Demonstrated success in fundraising and nonprofit leadership. - Proven ability to manage accounts and cultivate corporate partnerships resulting in surpassing revenue targets. - Familiarity with product marketing and sales principles. - Outcome-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to changing circumstances and priorities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in computer-based information systems. - Availability to work occasional nights and weekends. - Residence within 100 miles of New Orleans, LA, required.
