Responsabilities: - Make outbound calls to new, existing and pre-registered customers promoting Fiber products and the migration to - Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues - Handle objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit the customer - Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating prospect information - Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas. You are a great fit if you have: - A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably Fiber sales - Extensive knowledge of Fiber and Cable/DSL services and the differences between them - A minimum of 6 months experience with outbound sales - Experience in call center environment - Experience with handling objections - A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using various software applications and programs. - Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States
