The Production Assistant will interact with Homeowners and subcontractors to ensure proper installation, ensures materials were ordered correctly, and certifies their prompt delivery. The roofing production assistant will need to be able to physically climb ladders to do roofing inspections. Light travel may be required for this position within central Iowa; we provide a company truck. The right candidate will also be able to effectively and professionally communicate with upper-level management to ensure the safety, profitability, and quality of the projects. This individual will have full support from an office staff with any paperwork needs and will be provided with any necessary materials.
