Responsibilities: Setting up and providing introductory information to new customers. Following up with existing customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service and products they receive from Strive. Gain knowledge to inform customers about new and additional products or services available in order to determine quickest, most effective way to troubleshoot and and answer customers questions, concerns, needs and common issues with a product or service using our proprietary software. Skills: Experience with Windows, Excel, PDF's and the ability to learn a proprietary software. Interpersonal, customer care and phone skills. Great time management and the ability to work with little direction a plus. Attention to detail and the ability to have patience under pressure. Sense of humor. The ability to find the positive in situations and willingness to work in a team environment which includes 5 other regions.
