Responsibilities: - Lead / manage a full cycle implementation using a combination of SuiteSuccess and other methodologies - Create and translate business processes and data flows into business requirements - Manage staff on engagement deliverables; complete technical and strategic to ensure quality control standards are met; ensure on time delivery and on budget - Analyze process / data gaps and develop solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements and system implementation and optimization - Perform mapping and migration of historical data - Perform process review and optimization - Serve as client facing representative of the CBIZ ARC SPP group Preferred Qualifications: - 6 to 8 years of overall work experience - 5 to 7 years of general ERP experience (i.e. QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.) - Experienced in managing SuiteFlow, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder, Suitelet, Portlet, Advanced HTML / PDF Layout, saved searches and custom reporting - Experience with managing implementation and integration NetSuite modules (i.e. Fixed Assets, ARM, OneWorld, etc.) as well as other plug and play systems (i.e. Bill.com, Concur, Expensify, etc.) - Experience with requirements gathering and documentation / business processes revamp and optimization / systems configuration / change and issues management - Knowledge of systems functional design as well as technical design and architecture - Knowledge of report customization, systems configuration, data augmentation / migration - Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and integrations (i.e. API, REST, SOAP) - Knowledge of the software and SaaS industry - Strong analytical, business problem solving and solution design skills - 3 to 5 years of RevPro experience - 1 to 2 years of financial and technical accounting experience - Project management experience - NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certified - NetSuite ERP certified Minimum Qualifications Required: - Bachelor’s degree required - 6 years of experience in related field - 3 years of supervisory experience - Must have and preserve required licenses -Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements - Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally - Proficient use of applicable technology - Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
