Responsabilities: - Master the market for Automation Products through sales engagement, market research and competitive intelligence. - Develop perfect empathy for buyers and influencers, know how they buy and their buying criteria. Know their pain points and value drivers. - Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates qBotica’s Automation Services and Solutions and can be scaled globally. - Collaborate with PR, social, and demand generation to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand across all outlets. - Develop a differentiating demo of our solutions, working with Product Engineering, Product Management, and Development. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to define go-to-market approach and drive execution in collaboration with the entire organization. - Develop and Work closely with the Demand Generation team to develop campaigns that drive pipeline. - Collaborate with the product management team to launch new products. - Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to develop content to drive demand in the market (solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, third party articles, etc.) - Enable customer-facing teams with solution field kits (pitch decks, objection handling, demos, - competitive battlecards, etc..) to accelerate sales - Grow, Develop, Manage and Execute with the on shore and offshore Digital Marketing Teams on social - media and content development and execution. Experience - Minimum Bachelor level in Marketing or relevant field - 4+ years’ work experience in Marketing or as a Product Manager - Expert on preparing and delivering effective slide presentations - Experience with digital tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Email/Marketing Automation tools - - - Experience on digital marketing with a focus on lead generation as well as experience creating and optimizing web, email and digital marketing strategies with a strong efficiency with Hubspot Marketing ---- Software platform. - Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization - Ability to set and prioritize goals - Strategic software or technology marketing experience preferred. - Highly organized, collaborative work style and strong project management skills are essential - Must have the ability to simultaneously manage a high volume of projects and priorities with varying timelines - High level of productivity and efficiency with strong attention to detail - Ability to analyze data, develop new ideas and test new programs to drive sales - Strong written and verbal communication ability, with a passion for presenting and influencing others - Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software applications - Industry experience (Automation, Technology, Software, etc.) or B2B innovation is a strong plus)
