Responsabilities: - Manage an active pipeline of up to 1,000 referrals - Identify referral type and complete an Intro Call with the new client - Match client with a local real estate agent that is best-suited to fit their needs - Gather referral agreements and necessary legal documents from partner agents - Introduce client, agent and LO in a concise introduction email - Monitor home-shopping progress and maintain communication throughout the process - Use all means of communication to ensure a great client experience (phone/text/email) - Congratulate all parties when a contract is signed and prepare the lead for Closing - Sell AmeriSave Realty Rewards at each opportunity to capture more business for AMC - Advise and educate client on the real estate and home-buying process - Overcommunicate to parties any updates pertaining to the client, agent and loan app What You’ll Need: - Customer service or call-center phone to client experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - History of managing an active pipeline of clients, tasks or time management - Ability to make large number of daily phone calls and client contacts - Strong problem-solving skills - AmeriSave Mortgage employment preferred
