Responsibilities Operating machinery for ground leveling and site preparation. Operating backhoe and front end loaders as required. Performing routine inspection and maintenance on machinery and vehicles. Ensuring proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Leading, guiding, and training staff, employees, and/or volunteers performing related work. Performing curb markings, striping operations, and/or other pavement markings as required. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in Landscaping. Proficiency in operating skid steer. Proficiency in fine grading to + - .10 inch with laser. Knowledge in grades ( pad preps, mono slabs, rough and maintenance grades). Understanding of Safety Regulations (OSHA and DOT). Efficiency in grade shots and reading grade plans. Current Valid Drivers License. DOT Medical Certificate (preferred but not necessary).
