The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD, which provides employee, manager, and HR functionality for Pay, Personnel, and Benefits. Primary Job Duties: - Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers. - Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions. - Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership. - Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities. Education and Experience: - Career-level expertise with technical principles, backed by a minimum of 5 years' experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years' experience in architecting and leading ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. - Over 8 years of engaging with clients to understand solution needs and drive improvements, including creating roadmaps and recommendations. - Proficiency (5+ years) in crafting technical offering growth plans and innovation roadmaps, and understanding integrations, interfaces, and data models (8+ years). - Strong communication skills - US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Alien (No H1 visa holders) - Must be able to work the hours of 8am-5pm Eastern Time regardless of your home location Required Certifications - ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist
